"Get Flashed"

This was a shoot I've been wanting to do for awhile. Photo gangstas. Took a few of the photojournalist students and made them look really badass with their Nikons. The lighting was kind of a mock up of some Tim Tadder/Jill Greenberg style. Six mono heads and a ring flash to fill in some of the facial shadows. Joey Lawrence's Photo Club was definitely playing in the background (along with Jay-z, Ke$ha and other ridiculous things of that nature).

"Click, click, flash, flash, I will take your photograph. Money, money, cash, cash, now I own your soul!"

Peanut butter and jelly are not good painting mediums.

First time in the studio to take this still life series. This is the best image of the bunch, but you can see the concept. Went through a lot of bread and jelly and peanut butter to do this. The lighting is a bit flat but whatever. I'm not a big still life shooter. "Made with love by grandma."

Portrait outtake.

A fabulous mistake outtake from the portrait of a classmate assignment.
